I’ve always loved writing, but lately haven’t had much of an outlet for this passion. I decided to do the most logical thing and write about one of my favorite things, food. A love of food can however lead to not so healthy living, and sometimes extra pounds, which I’m determined to lose and keep off once and for all, as I maintain a balanced lifestyle. This foray into full-time healthy eating, exercising and living will be documented here for my own accountability, to encourage others, and as a means to connect with other similar-minded people!
